RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We trust that every order you receive from Nira Rubens will be to your liking; however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the items purchased, you can return them within 14 days of delivery.

The cost of return shipping will be at your expense.

We are unable to accommodate size or model exchange requests. If you wish to purchase another model, or the same model in another color or size, please request a return and create a new order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To activate the procedure, please contact us at the following email address: store@nira-rubens.it . You will receive all the instructions to activate the return procedure. Please specify the reason for the return.

The Right of Withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

  • applies to the Product purchased in its entirety. It cannot be exercised in relation to parts and/or accessories of the product;
  • the substantial integrity of the goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
  • The Product must be stored with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all its parts, free from signs of wear or dirt, and must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
  • Any item returned to us damaged, dirty or otherwise altered or in less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. When trying on shoes or waiting to decide whether to keep them, please ensure that the soles are protected and that they are resting on a clean surface;
  • the right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or alter rapidly;
  • the product must be returned in its original packaging complete with all its parts (including the identification tag, which must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal, it constitutes an integral part of the product);

To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box, on which you will affix the label provided by us. In all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tape directly onto the original product packaging should be avoided.

Colors

Every effort has been made to ensure that the colours of each product are displayed on the website as accurately as possible.
However, due to the variety of computer models and screens, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's color reproduction will be completely accurate.

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of the return of the goods, in the same currency net of shipping costs, if any.
All items successfully returned will be credited back to the payment method originally used when placing the order.
The time it takes for the credited amount to appear on your account depends on the issuing bank.
In the case of payments made via PayPal, refunds will be credited to the PayPal account itself and will be immediately visible.
The refund times for the credit card associated with your PayPal account depend on the institution that issued the card.
In the case of payments made by cash on delivery or bank transfer, it will be your responsibility to promptly provide in writing (in the notes field of the section for requesting a return), the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code and name of the account holder).
Please note that no items can be returned to us without prior notification and all return requests must be made through the returns section of https://www.nira-rubens.it/it/
Items returned without prior notification may not be refunded.

Returns beyond the deadline

Return requests must be submitted to us within 14 days of receiving the items.
Requests received after this date will not be accepted. Possible exceptions will be applied at the discretion of Nira Rubens. Subsequently, the items must be returned to us at the address indicated on the return label. In order to guarantee the best service and speed up the refund process, we ask you to entrust the goods to the courier as soon as you receive the necessary documentation.

Return of defective or non-compliant products

In the event that you believe that at the time of delivery the product does not appear to be compliant with what was ordered, you must contact us at the address store@nira-rubens.it , indicating the product data as well as the damage suffered (we ask you to attach some photos of the product where the defect is highlighted) and we will indicate the procedure to follow.
