The delivery of products purchased on nira-rubens.it takes place on average within 3/5 working days from the order in Italy and within 5/7 days for all other destinations.
Shipping is free for delivery in Italy.
In Europe, delivery is active in the following countries (you can select the destination country directly at checkout) and costs €10:

We recommend that you indicate an address where someone is always present to collect the package (for example: the concierge of your building, your office or a neighbor who you know is mostly at home). Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes and Post Offices.
In case of absence, the courier leaves a notice of passage; if you do not contact the courier at the telephone number indicated on the notice of passage, the courier, generally after a further 2-3 working days, will make a new delivery attempt.
If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the shipment will be put into storage and you will be contacted by our Customer Service with the aim of providing the Courier with more precise instructions that may also meet your needs. In the event that it is impossible to contact you or even the possible redelivery agreed with our Customer Service is impossible, we will proceed with the cancellation of the order (termination of the contract), the return of the product to our warehouses and the subsequent possible refund according to the chosen payment method.
Delivery times may be delayed during special promotional events and holidays; carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and weekends.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, we recommend that you carefully check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document that we will send you via email.
- that the labels on the packages show your name and address;
- that the external condition of the packages does not show any alterations or signs of tampering: the packaging must be intact, not damaged or wet
- that the packaging closing materials (adhesive tape or plastic straps) have not been tampered with or altered in any way.
If, during the checks carried out, you find an anomaly, we recommend that you indicate it clearly on the courier's delivery note by adding a SPECIFIC WRITTEN RESERVATION (e.g.: reservation for 2 missing packages, reservation for package with perforated cardboard).
